Birth of Cody Cooper Yance 2

After a long day ... Cody Cooper Yance came into the world at 4:18 pm on Tuesday July 28th, 2009. He was 9lbs 5oz and 21 inches long.


Welcome Cody Cooper Yance.

Marie is giving Cody his first cleanup bath so that he can shown to all the family.

After the bath we had to make sure he had the right team colors on. Roll Tide Roll Cody!

Birth of Cody Cooper Yance 1

Here I am still pregnant. I went into the hospital Monday afternoon about 3pm. Murray, mom and dad were close behind. We got all hooked up to the monitors and waited.


And we waited.......

....and waited....

New Ultrasound Photos - Cody is NOT Ready!

We went to doctor this morning and got some new pictures of Cody. Here is his profile (kinda). I think you have to go to a very "special" school to be able to see anything in these pictures!

We found out that he is about 7lbs 8oz right now. However the margin of error is 1lb... so who knows. All we know is that so far he is not a GIANT baby.

So we will keep everyone posted and hopfully have some news by next Monday 7/27/09. But if you believe in all the old wives tales there is a new moon on Wednesday 7/22/09 so we shall see.

Cody Cooper's New Room

I have finally finished Cody Cooper's bedding. The Room is not 100% done but it is getting there.

Here you can see the blanket, bed skirt and bumperpad. Yeah! I can't believe that I (mom & mother in law) finally finished it!

The Prego Yance Estate Goes to the River

We went to the River this weekend for the first time this year and even though it rained we had a great time! Anna Beth looks so cute in her swimsuit.

Jennifer got a picture of Jana prego in their boat. I have been trying to avoid all prego pictures but alas Jennifer caught me on film.

These pictures just remond me of Sckelitor. Yes, in these pictures I think that my unborn son looks like a cartoon charactor from the 80's.

I under stand that we my not get Third Trimester pictures but I hope that we do so I can make fun of those too!
